Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply to the Injoker game on Android and on the web (injoker.relifes.net). By playing Injoker you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game
Injoker is free to play. It has no ads, no purchases and no accounts. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Things you may not do
- sell, rent or redistribute the game or its files, or publish modified copies of it;
- use the game's artwork, sounds or code outside the game without permission;
- use the game in any way that breaks the law.
Ownership
The game, its artwork, sounds and code belong to the developer, except for the open-source libraries it uses (SDL2 and SDL2_image, under the zlib license). Spell names are used as descriptive references for a practice game; Injoker is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation or any other company.
No warranty
Injoker is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will be free of bugs, always available, or that your local records will never be lost (for example when you uninstall the app or clear browser data).
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
How the game handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the game changes. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
